At The BS Store, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping and Delivery 

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Excludes preorder items.
• We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the seller. If items are returned to us we  due to wrong address you will have to pay shipping fees again.
• The BS Store is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We can help you with this if needed. Be sure to take pictures of the damaged package and save all packaging materials until your claim is finalized.

 Returns 

We are not able to offer returns or refunds. However, if a product has an defect due to our fault (not shipping)contact us with pictures and we will make it right by replacing it.
